Registration Policies

Please review the following policies before completing your registration.

Refund Policy

All registration fees are non-refundable. In the event of a race cancellation by the organizers, participants will be offered a deferral or partial credit at the discretion of the race committee.

Transfers

Bib transfers to another participant are permitted up to [transfer deadline date]. Transfers must be completed through your RunSignUp account. A transfer fee may apply. Transfers are not permitted after the deadline.

Deferrals

Registered participants who are unable to attend may defer their entry to the following year's event. Deferral requests must be submitted in writing to [contact email] by [deferral deadline]. One deferral per registration is permitted.

Waitlist

If a distance reaches capacity, a waitlist will open automatically via RunSignUp. Waitlisted participants will be notified by email if a spot becomes available. Waitlist placement does not guarantee entry.
